Plastic Playground Wake Park Grassroots Series | Third Leg

Discover cable wakeboarding in action, with riders pulled around the lake by a cable as they perform jumps, spins and tricks on the water and the park’s ramps and rails.

The Grassroots Series features Amateur, Intermediate and Advanced categories, with separate age groups, bringing together riders at different stages of their progression.

The competition uses a “Jam” format: up to six riders share seven minutes on the water in each heat, with judges assessing their best tricks and overall performance. Come along to watch the action and cheer on the competitors, or enter a category that matches your riding ability.

Taking Part

Competitor entry is £49 for a single event. All competitors must enter in advance, with entries closing at midnight on Friday 18 September.

3pm | Attendance registration: Everyone competing must register their attendance so the heats can be confirmed.
4pm | Competition starts.

Public riding notice: The Main Cable will close to public riding at 4pm on Saturday 19 September for the competition.
